Wizard Frame Limited Lifetime Warranty

 Limited Lifetime Warranty for Wizard Inline Skate Frames  

1. Warranty Coverage

1.1   Wizard Frames (hereinafter referred to as “Frames”) are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for the lifetime of the original purchaser, subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in this warranty.

1.2   This warranty covers only defects in the manufacturing and material quality of the Frames, and does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

2. Warranty Period  

2.1  The warranty period begins from the date of purchase and is valid for the lifetime of the original purchaser, as long as the Frames are used under normal conditions.

2.2  The original purchaser must retain proof of purchase (such as a receipt or invoice) to validate the warranty.

3. Warranty Claims  

 3.1  To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact the manufacturer (Wizard) directly. 

3.2  The manufacturer (Wizard) will then inspect the Frames and determine whether the defect is covered by this warranty. If a defect is confirmed, Wizard will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective Frames or provide a suitable alternative.

4. Exclusions 

4.1  This warranty does not cover:

- Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, or any other causes not related to manufacturing defects.

- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, discoloration, or other cosmetic changes 

- Frames that have been modified, repaired, or altered outside of Wizard’s authorized service channels.

- Damage resulting from failure to adhere to maintenance recommendations or using the Frames in conditions outside of their intended use.

 5. Limitation of Liability  

5.1  Wizard’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the Frames, and does not extend to any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of the Frames.

 6. Warranty Transferability

6.1  This warranty is non-transferable and is only applicable to the original purchaser of the Frames.
