Refund policy

For physical products, If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days after receiving your order to initiate a return.  

Please email info@wizardskating.com for instructions on making a return.

- Returned items must be unused and in new condition, with tags attached.

- The customer is responsible for all shipping and customs-related charges, both for delivery and return. These costs, including those from "free shipping" orders, will be deducted from the final refund.

- No refunds are granted for digital products, due to the non-returnable nature of digital products once they're downloaded.

 For exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want, and emailing us about returning the original item(s).

Please respect that we cannot ship products which haven't been paid for.
